This is a personalised Re-sound session for two people. The focus is entirely on your needs, your energy, and your intention. You’ll begin by setting what you'd like to receive—whether it’s deep rest, clarity, emotional release, or simply a reset. Then, let go and allow the sound to guide you.
This small group experience creates a bespoke soundscape. Each tone, vibration, and frequency is selected with intention, enveloping you in a rich tapestry of sound designed to support your journey inward. As the healing vibrations move through your body and space, they gently help release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore inner balance.
Please wear relaxed clothing. There is nothing for you to bring, I will provide everything to help you feel comfortable during the session, including mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillow.
Parking is available at the venue.
At the end of the Re-sound session there will be light refreshments and time to ground and share your experience if you would like. This is my gift to you—a chance to gently return, share space, and enjoy a sense of connection.
