Special Events
Join me for a deeply nourishing evening combining my signature sound
bath journey with ceremonial cacao and gentle integration. We will begin by sharing 15g of Full Power Cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine traditionally used to enhance presence, emotional release, and inner clarity. Cacao is known to support mood, circulation, focus, and connection, gently awakening the senses while grounding the body. Taken before the sound bath, it helps soften mental noise, deepen relaxation, and heighten receptivity to sound, allowing the vibrations of gongs, bowls, and instruments to move more freely through you. After the sound journey, we will close with soothing rose tea, supporting the heart, nervous system, and integration, leaving you feeling calm, open, and gently restored.
Allergy and nutrition note: Soya milk will be used as the base and organic Palmyra Blossom Nectar used to sweeten to create a vegan recipe.
