Re-sound -
Private Session
1 hour 30 minute Re-sound session
Re-sound is just for you.
In this personalised Re-sound session, the focus is entirely on your needs, your energy, and your intention. You’ll begin by setting what you'd like to receive—whether it’s deep rest, clarity, emotional release, or simply a reset. Then, let go and allow the sound to guide you.
This one-on-one experience creates a bespoke soundscape tailored specifically to you. Each tone, vibration, and frequency is selected with intention, enveloping you in a rich tapestry of sound designed to support your journey inward. As the healing vibrations move through your body and space, they gently help release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore inner balance.
Please wear relaxed clothing. There is nothing for you to bring, I will provide everything to help you feel comfortable during the session, including mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillow.
Parking is available at the venue.
At the end of the Re-sound session there will be light refreshments and time to ground and share your experience if you would like. This is my gift to you—a chance to gently return, share space, and enjoy a sense of connection.
Rest. Reset. Go! This is your time to re-sound.
Health Considerations
At Re-sound, we believe sound healing can benefit everyone—but there are a few circumstances where attending a gong bath may not be suitable.
Gong baths are not recommended during the first or final trimester of pregnancy, or for those with pacemakers. Caution is also advised for individuals with metal implants (excluding dental fillings), sound sensitivity (including tinnitus and Meniere’s disease), certain types of epilepsy or seizure conditions, and some mental health concerns. If any of these apply to you, we kindly ask that you contact us before booking to ensure it’s a safe and supportive experience.
Gong baths are not suitable for young children under 15. Attendees aged 15 or 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
If you have any concerns about how a gong bath may affect your health or well-being, please reach out—we’re happy to discuss it with you.
Please note: recording of the session is not permitted.
