Inspired by the light of the Harvest Moon, this immersive journey offers space to honour the season's abundance while embracing the natural rhythm of change.

The journey begins with the uplifting resonance of Solfeggio tuning forks, played by Laura during the opening lift, gently preparing the body and mind for the experience ahead. As the sound bath unfolds, expansive gong waves, shimmering chimes, and grounding melodies create a deeply reflective space, encouraging gratitude for what has been and openness to what is yet to come. Throughout the gong journey, Laura will offer gentle Reiki, beautifully weaving together sound and energy to create an immersive, restorative experience.
