Gong Immersion & Crystal Bowl Restorative Sound Journey

This special collaboration brings together two distinct sound practices for one deeply immersive evening.

Re-sound’s signature gong journey meets the pure, harmonic tones of Sounds of Day and Night crystal singing bowls, creating a rich landscape of sound that moves between grounding and expansion, intensity and softness, resonance and stillness.

The journey begins gently, allowing you time to arrive, settle, and leave the outside world behind. Crystal singing bowls gradually introduce clear, resonant harmonies before giving way to the deeper, more expansive voice of the gong.

As the journey unfolds, gong waves and crystal bowl tones begin to weave together — sometimes powerful and enveloping, sometimes delicate and spacious — creating layers of sound and vibration that can be experienced throughout the whole body.

As the intensity gradually softens, the evening moves towards quieter tones and stillness, allowing time for everything to settle before we gently return.

No previous experience of sound baths is needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive the experience.

We’ll finish with a cup of our warming Autumn Blend — ginger, apple, rosehip, liquorice, cinnamon, orange peel, and pineapple — with time to ground, connect, and gently return before heading home.
